What influences the final invoice
Private chart reviews priced for one instrument stay at the listed fee. Additional instruments, rush rescheduling inside forty-eight hours, or courier of large-format prints may add materials cost. Group clinics keep a fixed seat price; we do not discount empty chairs after the roster closes.
Deposits
A non-refundable seat hold of 30% secures flagship clinic places once we confirm your registration. The balance is due before the session start. See the refund policy for rescheduling rules.
