Services described

Clinic descriptions, rates, and schedules on this site are informational. A binding place in a clinic arises only after we confirm your registration in writing and any required deposit is received.

Educational nature

Annotation clinics teach chart-marking craft. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results.

Intellectual property

Site text, layouts, clinic worksheets, and original chart annotations we distribute remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may keep personal notes from sessions you attend. You may not republish clinic packs or reproduce our materials for commercial training without written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse service where conduct threatens the learning environment of a clinic.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from educational clinic participation. Our aggregate liability related to a paid clinic is limited to fees you paid for that clinic.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or clinic bookings, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
