Data we collect

We collect name, email address, preferred clinic, preferred date, and message content when you inquire. If you register for a paid clinic we may also collect billing details required for invoices and deposits through our payment processors.

Purpose and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, schedule seats, and maintain studio records. Where required we rely on contractual necessity or our legitimate interest in operating educational clinics. Marketing emails are sent only with consent where consent is required.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active booking dispute. Confirmed registration records are kept for seven years for accounting and compliance.

Processors and transfers

We use hosting and email providers that may process data outside Hong Kong. Where international transfers occur we take appropriate contractual and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your rights
