Session flow
- Arrive with a quiet notebook and any preferred printed charts
- Warm-up: mark a short impulse without discussion
- Clinic block: annotate two multi-year charts with timed checkpoints

Preparation
Review the five-wave impulse and A-B-C correction rules beforehand. Bring a fine-tip pen in two colors.
